The Ninth Commandment forbids false testimony and all forms of deception. The truth is every human being was born with a lying sinful nature. Each of us needs to encounter the salvation of Christ and receive the new birth of the Holy Spirit. For the Spirit of Jesus within enables us to know the truth, to love the truth, and to speak and live the truth.
